.375 Ruger Reamers: "Semi-Production Run" Dave Manson
Yep, Dave tells me he will have mine ready next week, and he has had so many requests for it that he is making up a batch of them. He might even have some sitting on a shelf and ready to go same day as ordered: starting middle of next week.
He got a kick out of me calling the .395 Tatanka the "40-07."
I plan to call the 500 Mbogo the "50-07" ... or the "50-08" depending on when Stuart Satterlee gets that stainless magnum Mauser action finished ...
Fifty-Ought-Seven

Anyone wishing to build one, you have my permission to order a reamer from Dave Manson, just call it either way:
"Forty-Ought-Seven" = .395 Tatanka
"Fifty-Ought-Seven" = 500 Mbogo
I'm sure arrangements could be made for a .395 GSC, .395 Ruger Max, or a .398 Lapua Mag. also.

Charles_HelmSo does that mean you will be ready to crank out a .395 Ruger Max?
That is what we have been waiting for, Max and I, the .375 Ruger reamer with removable pilot, for use with the Manson .395 Neck and Throat Reamer.
You could get one with solid pilot for less bucks if .375 Ruger is all you are interested in doing

Charles_HelmJust sitting on the sidelines and cheering, but I thought this was what you needed to kick of the .395 Ruger Max. Can more rifle pcitures be far behind?
Is the Ruger Max a 7 Mag length COL round?

I think prof242 is the resident expert for those questions. And I think Charles knows the answers are "no, not far" and "yes."
