I posted this on the military forum but it's not getting much play and since so many 1917s are used to build big boomers I figured I'd ask here. Where can I get one? I want a shooter, not a collector, for informal military rifle competitions. Thanks

Have you tried Military Gun Supply in Fort Worth. Website

They have more in their shop than what is on the web. Last time I was there I saw some P17s and one P14. Also rows and rows of all kinds of mausers.
