bpesteveRight on both accounts. The 50-95 with a 1.94" case was one of the four cartridges offered in the 1876 Winchester, and there were two versions of 50 offered in the 1886; the 50-110-300 Express with a 300 grain bullet and slow twist rifling, and a second version using the same 2.4" case but a 450 grain bullet with a faster twist barrel, the 50-100-450.

EterryI knew a guy in Alaska had a Winchester pump in 50 cal, 50-110 I think. Couldn't get ammo, kept it on his wall.
Good luck and good shooting.

cal pappasAnd to stir the pot a bit...
About 5 examples are known in 1886 models for a 50-105-350.
I have a nice '76 in 50-95 with sights from Holland and Holland and so stamped on the barre.
I have a 50-100-450 deluxe takedown that will shortly be up for sale as I desire the more common 50-110 in a British style rifle. Dies, 200 brass, mould, and jacketed bullets are awaiting the find.

I met a guy in Wyoming who necked down 50-100 brass to 338. A monster elk gun...

Michael RobinsonHere are barrel markings on an 1886 up for auction at Amoskeag:
The description provided by the auction house states:
"The factory records list this rifle as a rifle, 1/2 octagon matted barrel, 1/2 magazine, plain trigger, checkered stock, pistol grip, shotgun butt, rubber buttplate and in 45-90. The records indicate the rifle was originally shipped on July 29, 1892 and was returned for repair on August 5, 1896 and December 9 of 1896. . . . Based of the configuration. honest nature and characteristics of the rifle, it is clear that the original owner had it changed to 50 caliber during one of its two visits back to the factory."
