Anyway, my LH Win M70 .375 showed up today, and my Lott (LH of course, M70 .30-06 conversion) was completed last week. I've jumped in with both feet.
The Lott is more manageable than I expected. It's very shootable. I've put 38 rounds through it so far, and while it does shove you back pretty hard, it's fine if one has an appropriate grip and stance. As this is the "largest" gun I've ever fired, I'm quite pleased with the result.
Now to fire the .375...
