EXPRESSCan you install a flip up peep into a ZKK 602?
I'd like to know if you can install one of the pop up peeps into a later ZKK 602 that didn't come with it?
Also, who makes stocks for these rifles?
Thanks.
I am sure Stuart Satterlee could do that for you, however there is no telling how much it would cost nor how long it would take.

Idaho Sharpshootercheck with NECG or look here for Rusty Marlin. Rusty crafts an absolutely gorgeous rendition of the Rigby rear peep, and he told me he could do that for a CZ pretty easy too. I am saving shekels (note my clever use of the israeli idiom here in honor of Passover) for one for my PH action.
Hope I didn't hijack the thread...

cr500I used the peep on my Lott for sighting in at 150yds and when the folding leafs were down, it worked well. That gun was stolen so I am now having another one built. This action does not have the pop up peep, but my gunsmith, Gabe Gatti will be making one for it.
Sympathy please ,I have champagne tastes and beer budget

The pop-up Peep on the ZKK is useless if the rear sight is not completely removed. The standing rear leaf is the problem.
Isn't the point that the flip-up peep is for use at longer distances than the barrel sight?
However, much as it might upset you to see the price this made, I think that you would be better spending money on buying an action with the item already "in place" than paying a gunsmith to ream and machine out one that hasn't. Sorry!

ShinzoWhen I had a ZKK602 I removed the folding leaves so I had a clear view from the rear peep sight. Without doing this, the standing leaf would obscure the lower part of the peep sight view making centring of the foresight in the "shadow ring" harder to judge, so yes, I believe that the peep is pretty useless with the leaf rear sight in place, however I reckon the peep beats the hell out of the leaf sights & I was happy to dispense with them.

But you can do damn near anything with the right machine tools and enough practice!
