when my 2-7 Vari X 11 gets back from leupold should I give it another go or would I be better served with a 1-4 leupold on my .375 ??

One more question I am thinking of asking leupold to change the gloss tube on the 2-7 to a matte tube as I think the matte holds better in the rings than gloss. Is this a waste of money ??

I think your right Jeffo, I might just get them to replace the gloss tube with a matte and wack it back on. On 2x it does give a pretty good field of view.

My .416 jeffo is getting a 2.5x compact, I just think there the king of the KISS principle.
