FjoldI found a LEFT HAND M-70 Safari Express !!
I got two calls from dealers that their distributors got M70 Classic Safari Express left handed rifles (375 H&H) in today.
I ordered mine 30 minutes ago and amazingly with two dealers bidding against each other got it with tax and everything for less than MSRP! Now ten days for delivery and sitting through the Commiefornia wasting period and I'll have it in my hot little hands.

One step closer to Africa!

Jeff AlexanderCongrats! Welcome to the left-handed Model 70 375 Club!
Now don't fret when the receiver is off, and a scope won't line up. Just bundle up your new rifle, send it off to Mark Penrod, and have him pin the trigger, do a trigger job, put a PME extractor, machine the scope mounts, and rechamber the barrel. Then you will have a 3/4" rifle that spits out empties 15'. I used mine to take this hippo and this wildebeest.

FjoldTo cool, I didn't know there was a club!

I'm hoping it will just be a trigger job and bedding but I'll be prepared for the worst.
