Am having problems with Kimber's customer service. Does anyone know how to get in touch with upper management, name, phone number, e-mail? All I get is a run around and a name to mail a letter to. Very frustrated customer. This is not the way they present themselves in their literature or at the booth at DSC. Thanks for the help.
