graybird375 solid options
I need to load up some solids in my 375 H&H for an upcoming hunt in RSA next year. The solids will be used for some of the little guys, red duiker, cape grysbok, etc.
What are the solids available today in 375 dia?

SnowwolfeI have used Hornady 300 grain round nose solids for 6 Alaskan moose, one grizzly, and 6 caribou.
Never recovered one so they seemed to have worked well.
My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

lee440Can't imagine that you would need anything more than the less expensive Hornady's. It is not like you are going after Elephant!

sroseA round nose would do the least amount of damage to those little fellows also.

graybirdI had some Interlocks I used in this gun while breaking in the barrel. They shot pretty well. I hope the 300 grain DGS shoot as accurate.

joesterHornady 300 gr. DGS worked very well for me on javelina...try to avoid major bones and you'll get nice little round holes.

jdollara .375 for javelina? now that that is definitely using enough gun..

although a .500 NE would probably work better.

Thunder HeadLike suggested, the cheapest ones might be the best option for the little guys.
I bought noslers. They shoot at the same point of impact as the partitions i was using. So i went no further.
