Fred, that's really nice, but you should see what 68 grains will do. Hint, you don't waste as much paper... Think one hole! From your custom, and I do hope it is all you had hoped for. It is truly beautiful, tasteful, and well suited for whatever task you apply it to.

Ain't it fun? And you even picked the right powder! Mine likes 67 grains and the 300 g TSX.

nice groups guys--I shot my cz 375 last weekend and got it dialed in at 25yds and then punched a 1/2" hole thru 1/4 plate at 30 yds with Remington 270 gr sp's--wanted to show the kids what rifles can do for a little lesson---now to get out and shoot at 100yds is my next step and then get some loads put together, but that will be down the line as I've got to much going on---chris

I have a custom Pre-64 M70 .375 H&H built by JK Cloward I shot this group with it today. 65 grains I4064 with a 300 grain Barnes TSX. Will try the Barnes banded solids next trip to the range. The group actually measured .375" !

66 grains opened it up to 1.1".

A beautiful gun and it shoots too! Congratulations.

I tried the 300 grain banded solids and after 40 shots using IMR4064, H4350 and Varget I have determined that my gun does not like the banded solids. The smallest group I got was just under 2" and I had to shoot some 260 grain Partitions into .5" just to get my confidence back.
My gun shoots the Hornady encapsulated solids into sub MOA and exactly 1/2" lower than the 300TSX groups but everyone tells me that the Hornady solids aren't any good so the search for a solid load continues.

Frank,
The load I shot was leftovers from a CZ 375 I had,I haven't tried or loaded anything else for it yet but it looks promising.I may try some solids next time too.
Thanks.

Fred, nice shooting!
It seems that everyone's favorite on this thread is IMR-4064. Don't forget to give the Reloader 15 a try, mine is putting 3 - 300 grain TSX's in a .5" 3 shot group with 71 grains of the stuff. I am so excited about how my gun is shooting I just may take it Elk hunting this year! ( yes I know OVERKILL !).
Good luck with yours.
