1.008 Vincent Buffalo thumper

This may be a dumb question, but is this an actual cartridge someone developed or is this a joke? Sorry if I come across as naive, but I'd be very interested in all the information available on this cartridge if it exists.

We have similiar in 4bore at .998 bore, and pic of rimmed brass is below with 2000gr bullets,
in pic is 20mm case also and a 3006 for
comparison. We are making them from the
20mm cases.We got Badger setting up to make 4bore barrels, Naval Ordnance can make bullets,
we are figuring out different actions.Ed.
