MLindsay500 caliber
I finally received the Brno 602 and can start making decisions. It has the 3 position safety installed. I could use recomendations for the open sights, it seems there are several opinions. Also should I change the bottom metal?
Thanks

AtkinsonYou would have saved yourself big bucks by buying a 416 Rigby and converting to a 505 Gibbs..Contact Jim Brockman at 208-934-5050 he converts more Brnos than most folks...

JRLately we have all been talking about expensive rifles, H&H, Miller ect... Well what about some of the old forgotten ones. Griffin & Howe, Hoffmans, Niedner ( did I spell that right ). Mostly the good ol American customs. The reason that I brought this up is that I ran across a G&H built on a Mauser in .257 Roberts in about 98-99% condition. It has all the bells and whistles, sidemount, peep sight, checkerd bolt handle, old weaver 4x. It's about 2800 big ones and while out of my price range right now, I've been saving for a gun like this for awhile. I'm wondering if any of you guys have ever owned or had the chance to look at a G&H. How do they compare to a H&H, Rigby, or even a more modern rifle, Win, Rem, ect... you know fit & finish. I always kind of thought of them as the American H&H or something like that. Let me know!
