Lawdog_Garyraisedin99,
The following are some of the starting powders and charges I used in working up loads for my Ruger M77 .416 Rigby using the Barnes 400 gr. XLC’s. Maybe they will help you. Lawdog

I have a Ruger 77 RSM in 416 Rigby, the old model with the heavy barrel.
I am using the same components you listed with one exception the H-4831 is old surplus.
I am using 103 grains to produce groups of .585 with beautiful clover leafs.
It is a lot of rifle for the money.
