low price dif on what, help the dumb cowboy out, not sure of your question. I thought the hump bk was 619, the fancy plywood version 1200, and std american plywood version about 750.

I've only seen the "fancy" wood (select plain) for 1100+, for which price I would just go ahead and buy a ruger...

in all honesty, I wouldnt keep EITHER stock, as they are too short for me (no kinding)... 14.5" lop just means I get cracked in the cheek, like cast ON

I still think the hog back is good money for 619, I agree on the xxx american is over piced, I have the same prob on the LOP. My next venture will be one of the SS charles daly b/actions, if they ever get to this side of the world.
