larkinFFL gun sale question
Have not found any info in the ATF Reg book. Anyone know the rules for a licensee to make a long gun sale to a non-resident US citizen? (living abroad, no state residency). They intend to visit me (I'm in WA state) and wish to purchase two rifles. I believe they have not lived in the U.S. other then visits for 15 yrs.

larkinThank you new_guy. I will check that reg listing. They (father, son) are not aliens, they are U.S. citizens. One atf reg states that a US citizen, living in Canada but having no residency in a U.S. state, may legally bring a firearm into the US. I have found no reference to how to procede with a sale to such a person.
