zimbabweBig Bores for Sale
Was in my favorite gunshop Murphy's in Tucson today and he had a couple of nice big bores on the shelf. A 500A-Square that looked to be mint condition. Think it was the standard model that has a big clubby stock. Nice wood and good irons. A Weatherby Mark V fully engraved that Murphy said was unfired, 460Wby. A Ruger 458 winMag model 77 tang safety it perfect condition. Don't remember the exact price but the Ruger was $500 and the Weatherby $2500 or so I believe. Just for your information.

zimbabweIt was not checkered. Fairly nice piece of walnut. Enfield action with modified bolt handle. Straight bottom metal. Typical A-square gun, think they called it the 'Hannibel' or some such if memory serves.

MacifejYep that would be a factory Hannibal. No idea what they wanted for it? I reaaaally like the way those things are styled.
A gun shop manager once called them the Saab of bolt guns. Now not being much of a Saab lover I didn't think that was very nice.

zimbabweDon't think I even looked at the tag. The phone number is 520-881-7074 if you are interested. They are honest dealers. Being a car nut also I would agree with the SAAB comparison. If you ever owned a SAAB you'd understand.
