Found it. Load was a 4 oz ball over 300 gr Triple 7 in a 14 lb muzzle loader

I have a great clip of 4 Bore and subsequent recoil. Can anyone tell be how to post a video clip?

it needs to be uploaded and running on a web page, if that doesn't make sense, then it may be beyond your web capabilites.

if not, just type in the address of the clip (on its web page, i.e.: www.somewhere.com/4borevideo.avi) -the location from where the video can be seen and hit the "URL" button in the posting section of the forum... clicking the "URL" link will open another window... copy and paste the web address for the video clip in the open window and that's it.
