458LottfanPhoenix Chapter SCI Big Bore shoot.
Today I had the pleasure to shoot some amazing works of art and meet a bunch of very nice guys. My son and I had a lot of fun. I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to the crew from the Phoenix Chapter SCI, Granite Mountain Arms and the Scottsdale Gun Club.
Prior to today the largest hunting rifles I have fire were my .458 Lott and my brothers .470NE. Today I was able to shoot: .450-400 3 1/4, .500NE, .505 Gibbs, .577NE, and a .585 GMA. I loved every one of them. Hard to pick a favorite but I think I like the .500 NE and the .505 Gibbs a lot! The .585 GMA was amazingly easy to shoot.
Thanks again for a great day!

458Lottfan@ ovny, I still love my Lott. I just need to get my butt over to Africa and kill something big with it before I look at a new Big Bore. These Arizona desert coyotes just don't soak up the energy like a Cape Buff would. I am hoping 2014 for my first Buff hunt. My wife bought us a plains game archery hunt this year.

I wish you lots of pleasure with your 458 Lott. I want to see pictures in 2014 that you're going to buffalo hunting.
Oscar.

jro45With the Gibbs You can load it to shoot well I mean It will hold 4 or 5 rounds. It will shoot
a 500gr bullet at 2700 FPS. I'm not saying that
there isn't any recoil. I guess you could load it up light
