M1TankerWhat QD rings for CZ 550 in 375
I just purchased a CZ 550 375. What QD rings do you reccomend? I have used Warne Premier QD in the past and liked them. Does Warne even make QD rings that fit the CZ 550? What about Talley?
I would sure appreciate any reccomendations and opinions about what is available.

500grainsTalley makes them and Talleys are generally sturdier than Warne.

ToobrokeI've got Talley QDs (screw-type, not the lever-type) on my 550 Magnum (also a .375) and am happy with them. Seen one too many posts on various sites stating that Warne's quality was dipping

M1TankerIs there any difference in dovetail size between the normal CZ 550 and the 550 Safari magnum? What size is the dove tail?

AtkinsonTalley makes the CZ quick detachables that come with CZs...or you can order direct from CZ...
I had my CZ surface ground and hand fitted Talleys so that my scope is lower over all and I wanted to use the Brockman Talley pop up peep base...

David ThomasI use Warne QD's on my CZ 375 H&H. I have a Leupold 2.5 fixed power scope and I am happy with the rings.
I think they cost me about $56 out the door.
No complaints here.
David
I have Warne QD's on a CZ550 in 585.

M1TankerI have a set of Leupold and CZ rings for it but both are the fixed variety. I am wanting a set of QD so I have sight options available. I will have to do some looking at each and see for myself.
thanks for the input.
I like talley's and warnes...even the cz rings work as qd's with an allen key (I have had allen heads added to my cz mounts). I have the cz mounts on my cz .375 and there fine. I use arnes and talleys on my other cz's.

Hauptjagerwho has about the best price on the Warne QD Rings?
Would you ship outside the US ??
PC
I'll check and see what is involved. If someone already knows the easiest way to ship to Australia, let me know.

M1TankerI would think you could just list them as milled metal parts and be OK.
Kurt,
I will bid and if I win just work out air postage and I will pay that as well mate...just say there metal mounts no need to even mention the evil "gun word"

If someone has a clue which method (fedex, ups, usps, etc) is the least hassle, let me know and I'll look into it.
