WHITE HUNTER BLACK HEARTNEW 600 OverKill Pics Set...
Sorry for the delay, gents...here is "MJOLNIR"
http://www.flickr.com/photos/6...s/72157628860241087/My thanks again to Wayne at AHR for his exemplary work and Rob for his genius in designing what could well be the best DG cartridge we have.

Sid-That is a really nice looking rifle. I agree with everything you picked out for that build. I would not however want to be within 50 yards of you with that muzzle break on. My ears hurt just looking at it. Other than that it is another great build from AHR. The bolt knob is a really nice touch.

Brandon.GleasonWonderful looking rifle! Looking forward to seeing some video of it with some full house rounds. Especially at night!

RobgunbuilderWHBH- Beautiful gun! Enjoy every bit of it! If you need some 750 gr crayola tips let me know. I would be willing to bet some money that firing the gun with that break on it is actually not as loud as without the break. Just my suspicion. Ha Ha.-Rob

56hawkI'm just wondering why the ports in that brake are pointing up and down. Not that you ever would with a 600, but I'd like to see the dust cloud kicked up shooting it prone.

WHITE HUNTER BLACK HEARTSid,
Since you and I have such similar tastes in rifles, I can't wait to see what your upcoming 600 OK looks like.
Thanks for the words.
Respects,
Phill

You shoot that prone and a dust cloud will be the least of your worries.
With ports in the muzzle brake situated as they are, there is NO muzzle flip at all. The rifle comes straight back. Just what you want.

Sid-I don't know if I have the balls or backbone left to own a 600OK. My personal goal is to get a 500MDM or 500A2. Even that may be a stretch because I had an on the job back injury that now limits everything I can do. 3 years ago I would have jumped at the chance to shoot one but now am afraid it would put me back in the hospital. I do enjoy seeing other peoples rifles and hearing about their experiences so keep it coming.

WHITE HUNTER BLACK HEARTSid,
Sorry to hear about your injury on the job...I understand all too well, unfortunately.
The 500 MDM also caught my eye, and I have seriously considered it on more than one occasion. Of the two cartridges mentioned, I would go with Michael's baby.
Respects,
Phill
