Yes to the 458 Express ?
Gents,
Was visiting a gunshop today and saw a reamer as well as go-no go guages for the 458 Express in a tub on the counter...Question is -- Would it be feasible to use those to ream the chamber in my 458 American ? Built on a Win P-14 with 99% of the work already done...45nut

GrandpasezAlf-- I know about the SA long case.Didn't know
it's proper name. This shop that has it should advertize, as I think there are some on here who
were looking for a shop with that reamer.
And a source of brass.
45Nut--Who has this reamer??
Geez= here I am helping to get out info on 3 in
SA version. While trying to promote my 3.45 inch
458 HE. Ed.
Gents,
Called this morning to the shop to hold the .458 reamer for me...There are a few others there as well and I asked for a list to post here when I pick up one I will get both.
Ed--- When I pick up my reamer and the list I will post all info needed ;-)
500Grains--- As I now have my 500A2 as well as a 416 Rem and a 375 I will hope to have the patience
to look them over carefully and by doing so should be able to mill as needed with my new mill and will use the reamer in my new lathe..New toys here and I may as well make something more than a new brake or sharpen a drill bit or two. 45nut

Grandpasez45Nut--thats is great.Another gunnut gunsmith in the making.Even doing just for yourself will be
a great experience.I just do for myself.Got
about 10 gunsmithing books from ebay added to the
4 I had, plus all the reloading and wildcat books
I could find. The Enfield has the room to work with
for length and width.I've got one chambered in my long wildcat.Ed.
