If you go to gunblast.com, click on the SHOT Show banner and go to day 1 or 2, can't remember which, you will see near the bottom of the page, left column, a pic of the new LH CZ. Just thought many of you might be interested.

fourboreI am not a leftie. It might be interesting for those who are to ask: "Will the custom shop will make a left handed gun in any caliber"?
Many calibers are only available threw St Louis even on the right handed stocks. So; it maybe no more or less work to do the same in left. Like 505 Gibbs, 404J only from StLouis or the standard offerings like Lott, Rigby built with optional features. Where else in the world will you get a left handed 505Gibbs for 3K?

470 MbogoThey show them on the CZ USA website also. When it shows the optional stocks the lefty is there. This is the section with the Safari CZ 550's

fourboreI just noticed the left handed guns cost $600 more than same right handed 375HH.
Seems like a whining opportunity.
Also an implication that these are coming from the custom shop, and I am wild guessing a phone call could net you a very similar quote on a 404J or 416Rigby, 458Lott, or a fist full of dollars more for the mighty Gibbs.

"IF" you were serious about a 404J with bbl band, you would call the StLouis shop and inquire. Its your dime.

Absolutely, I spoke to Harlan at the show in Reno this week (my oldest son is left handed). They had a LH 458 Win Mag there retail at $1100. They said they could make any caliber they normally do for the right handed guns. If you don't want to pay for the "fancy walnut" I'm guessing the will make one in the caliber you want starting with the base gun price. A real advantage of working with Harlan and the CZ Custom shop is you start with a McGowen barrel.

Idaho SharpshooterI spoke with them at the SHOT Show in Vegas on Wednesday. They expect to offer them in nine other calibers in the second half of 2010.
