Hntnhrd375H&H project
Been gathering parts for this one for awhile. Remington 700 action. Curly maple stock, Lilja Barrel. I had Dan Coffin in Victor Montana put it together and tweak it so it feeds correctly. Haven’t shot it yet but really am Happy with the look of it.

MARK H. YOUNGTony,
An advantage of using the M700 action is that you can load the bullets way out. I believe the mag is 3.8 which will allow a tad more powder.
The rifle is gorgeous and brash enough in styling that I would have really loved it 30 years ago. These days I've come full circle back to walnut and blue although I bought a Sauer 100 in synthetic last winter.

HntnhrdThanks Mark, after I break it in I was thinking of playing around and see what she will do. Should thump an elk pretty hard.
I still like traditional blue and walnut , but a man can’t live by bread alone. !!

AtkinsonEvery Pacific Northwest hunter should have one stainless steel, plastic stocked gun..I don't like sticking me wood stocks in 3 ft. of snow while I gut a elk..A part of our season is cold and wet, such a gun comes in handy, and great in a saddle scabbard that wears metal and wood to no end..
