flexible ceramic coating ?
have any of you heard or had any experiance with this flexible ceramic (cerakote?) coating they are putting on guns? it is supposed to be highly affective against corrision/rust. how does it compare to electro-nickel plating?

That's an interesting concept. What do they charge? What process do they use? How thick is the coating? Now I like weatherproofing as much as the next guy but if it ain't just the right package, it won't do.

I guess the only concern I would have is durability. Is it easily chipped?

To specifically answer your question, no. It is an interesting concept though.
