RIPIt got to me after a while, being without a .375 H&H of some sort,
having rebarreled or rechambered all that passed through my hands.
So I bought a Ruger No.1-H Tropical Stainless/Laminate, since my last post on this thread.
The void is filled:
1 X .375 H&H
2 X .375 Ruger
3 X .375 Wby
1 x .375 RUM
2 X .375/404 Jeffery Saeed of 2012
1 X .375/.338 Lapua Magnum aka 9.5x70mm Tornado
1 X 378 Wby
But I also have a "Three-Nine-Five H&H"
Pre-64 M70 that still has a custom .375 H&H barrel to fit it.
That makes my dirty dozen of "Three-Seven-Five" rifles.

One of the best gun buys on the market. Does yours have a 20 or 24 inch barrel. I keep thinking I will pick a stainless Howa/Hogue .375 Ruger from Legacy but I have two 9,3X62s and really don't need one but what's need got to do with it, right?

SnellstromI have 2 .375 H&H's both Win M70's one Stainless one Supergrade.
The Stainless is incredibly accurate with 300 TSX's and RL-15 and it has a "fast" barrel on it, love that gun. The Super Grade is unfired yet.

mdstewartI have owned several .375 H&H's over the years, and have taken game with a few of them. The .375 H&H is THE caliber by which all others will be measured, and is the most practical caliber for big game hunting worldwide. My current .375 H&H is a Merkel 140.2-1 double rifle, and a great shooter. Shot whitetail with it this past season.
I would never consider owning a .375 other than an H&H; it's blasphemy.

Alaskaman11I have a 375 Holland with the Kimber Talkeetna. Great Rifle for the wight, it just does not have enough drop in the stock for me to use the iron sights....oh well. I guess I need to buy more guns.

AtkinsonI have one in the gun cabinet and one for sale in the classified..I also have a small ring mod 98 Mauser with full rib, extended trigger guard and butterknife bolt handle in 9.5x62, a 9.3x62 necked up to a .375 no other changes and I really like it, its light and handy, kicks like a mule, but I can get almost 2500 FPS with a 300 gr. Hornady or Woodleigh..It does its job on buffalo pretty well.

kev5000I just got my first 375 in a few weeks ago,a 375B&M,and I love the rifle and the round

.I have a few custom rifles from 416 rigby to lever 50AK,lever 9.3x62.I love this Win small action it weight with scope is around 7.3-7.5 and the recoil is mild, which I was surprised as the rifle is so lite and the barrel is only 20 inches.I get 2700fps plus with a 270,hornady 270 I get 2800 fps, well Michael did and 2600 with a 300 grain.I am having a hard time getting bullets to reload for it,they are all gone,Kev

chuck375Remington XCR II in 375 Weatherby, one brown bear to it's credit so far ... Gave it to my youngest son, it's a nice rifle, very accurate, the stock soaks up recoil, stainless coated, 7 1/2 lbs with scope. I replaced those ugly rings with Talley QR steel Cerakoted ones ..

Chuck

MtWoodson373H&H on a 6-1/2 lb Remington KS Mountain Rifle. It goes 7+/- lbs with a 1.5-4.5 VX-III. When there's anything interesting in the crosshairs, there is no recoil. When there isn't, it's a little stiff.
