The only one I can think of would be a CZ, with the 500 Jeffery being offered only in the Custom Shop line. If you had a Blaser R8, a barrel/bolthead is available for the 500 Jeffery.

I have the custom shop 550 in 505 Gibbs, beautiful rifle and smooth as butter, in regards to feeding and extraction.
This is the rifle I would recommend if you want a 500J.

I have the custom shop in 500J, they seem to take a bit more fine tuning to feed and extract perfectly than the 505 Gibbs. Mine does now, but it took some tuning. I do love the rifle.

My first kill with it, a 450 feral hog (my son by my side got a bigger one but it took 3 shots with his 270

)

Start with a factory CZ. If there is any question at all have it tweaked by someone familiar with the .500 Jeffery. If by some chance too much metal gets removed from the rails somewhere along the line have AHR install a single stack magazine with an extended floorplate and it will look much like the one in the link.
