Why aren't more companies making .375 Ruger ammo?

Why aren't more companies making .375 Ruger ammo?
I don't get it. The caliber is fairly popular, granted, its not the .375 H&H, but still? Does Hornady hold a patent or some such thing? (Although I do know that DoubleTap mfrs. it also)

.375 & up is a small niche.

Tooling up for brass and ammunition production has to make financial sense. Perhaps there isn't enough demand to make the big ammunition manufacturers switch over from .22LR, 9mm, .45ACP, .223, and .308 production right now.
