Let us wonder a bit here...if we begin with a perfectly fine .375 H&H, could it be rebored to .404 Jeff??? That is, what, beside the "new" barrel might be required? I know that the move from short mag to .404 has problems with feeding, but what might I encounter with the long mag. already (by the way, Whitworth .375)...Arthur

Any good riflesmith can make this worl. Mine was built on a M70/.300RUM. I think a new barrel would be better than a rebore for not much more money. Feed rails will have to be adjusted, maybe a new follower.
