500grainsWhy doesn't someone buy this gun?

Samuel Beck .577 NE for $9K. Extra 10 gauge barrels.
It's been hanging around for 3 years or so it seems. Is the price too high?

okie johnWas it always a .577 NE or did it start life as a .577 BP? Okie John.

mbogo375This gun has been for sale for a long time. Originally it was in the Cape Outfitters list for quite a while (I believe advertised at about 2/3 of this price but I may be wrong, and it didn't sell there either). It then showed up at Thad Scott's, and seems to have been there since.
From memory (not a good thing for me to try any more

) I thought it was either black powder, or damascus barreled, plus it was made in the US. Any of these factors would definitely affect the value of this gun.
