please do a search in this forum for "spartan".. you'll find at least 100 posts on the matter.

in short, prototypes have been seen. the gun probably too light for most people to run hot 45/70 loads in, and remington promises that they will be in distributors hands in july. Yes, it's a tad on the plain (spartan) side, and a little rough...
