MatthewxPlastic case for 600 NE
Does anyone know where to get a plastic case that actually fits 600 NE rounds? J&J and MTM each claim to have one but they are much too small.
Thanks

AfricanHunterI used 20 ga boxes (plastic) for 3" mag. Do not remember the brand, 35 years ago. Maybe you want less than 25 rd. If 25 rds will work, I could probably dig around and find the brand.

MatthewxI'll look at those again. The ones I tried were not tall enough to hold loaded rounds.

Idaho SharpshooterAsk Bitterroot. He sells brass and loaded ammunition for the 600 OK. I doubt there is any difference in case dimensions.

600 OverkillRich is right---ask Wayne @ AHR (Bitteroot. This is how he send his 600 Overkills. I also use an old MTM case guard in 20ga shotgun for my 600JDJ's

BitterrootI use the plastic box from J&J like the one posted by 600 Overkill for the 600 OK. They are marked 45-70 to 600 NE. I haven't tried them with the 600 NE.
If you are looking for a tray to hold your big cases while reloading, buy the black plastic insert for the green MTM shot-shell boxes. Our local sporting good store sells the inserts separately. Use the 20 ga. for the 585 and 600's, and the 12 ga. for the 700's. They hold 25 rounds.

MatthewxAsquare ammo boxes are the only thing that works that I have found but I have not been looking at 20ga boxes in the last 6 months. The J&J fits the 600 Overkill well but not the 600 NE without a lot of rim overlap and then the rims stick out too far to slip the top on without bowing it out. They really do not fit, 577NE fits OK.
