Does anyone sell the old fashioned sling hooks that were once in vogue for doubles, or failing that a wide leather sling with the same hooks?

If anyone has any tips. Thanks.

Seems like Cape Outfitters sells them, maybe Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing/Galazan, not sure though.
