What new in side-by-side shotguns for 2004?
Would anyone know if there any new side-by-side shotguns for 2004? Do anyone know if Ruger will produce their side-by-side shotgun for 2004? Because there talk that they may make a side-by-side double rifle.

Big Al, a double rifle coming out of Ruger is doubtful, but not out of the question! Ruger has a problem with talking about something they make ten years befor it is made. The Red lable over/under was origenaly advertised over two years before the first ones ever hit the dealer's shelves, and the format was supposed to be made into a double rifle later! I'm still waithing 25 years later! based on past experience, I'd not get my hopes up! [Confused]

Allen,

I spoke with a Ruger rep last year at SCI about that very subject. He told me that it was highly unlikely that Ruger would do so. This was due to the difficulty of building and regulating the rifles economicaly for the market that Ruger serves.

Bummer, as I would have like to have seen it.
