Idaho SharpshooterJune is going to be pretty fine: tour AHR and MRC, shoot that weekend, then six days at the Quigley Match in Forsyth. Forty miles east of there is Miles City where Accurate Arms has their warehouse.

BitterrootRich, I will put you to work loading 700 AHR and 600 OK ammo for the match. We will also have to load some 416 and 375. I hate that stuff; it's so hard getting those tiny bullets seated correctly.

Idaho SharpshooterBitterroot,
yah! Those little peashooter cartridges are a pain, but you have to pander to your feminine side and inner child somedays!! Do you just use an ice cream scoop to load?
How far is your place from Helena?

ISS,
Pay extra attention to those 600 OK loads - I shipped 30 primed cases to Bitterroot for post-match fun. I should be getting to the range about 3PM if all goes well.
Thanks.

Idaho SharpshooterBitterroot,
yah! I think Paul is a prime candidate to test some of those duplex loads we were talking about...you know, the ones with 50gr of Bullseye as a kicker and then filled to the casemouth with 4895.

More meat on the Skeeters this time of year.

Really cool idea
Wish I could do it, but I can't.
Not to mention that the only big bore I have up and running is an Browning 1886 lever gun in 45-70 that I shoot powder puff loads through.

CCMDocRain (and ISS/Bitterroots conspiracy to explode me) is the least of my problems.
My partner's dad just had emergency bypass surgery and not doing all that well. She was to cover me this weekend. I'll have to play it by ear ...

Still touch and go - should have a better idea this evening. Haven't cancelled my plane tickets, hotel room or car yet - not that any of it is refundable.
Hope to be there.

Be safe, have fun, take pictures and video.
Hmmmm ... outdoors in sunny, beautiful Helena, MT vs. blood n guts and machines in a hospital in NJ - tough choice - I think I made the wrong one.
