Greetings, and Happy Holidays to all!
Has anyone ever done anything with a 9.5x57mm? If so could you tell me how it worked out/

I've had four Mannlicher-Schoenauer 1910's in that cartridge. You can get a 270gr at around 2100-2200 fps. Fine for everything but the big animals.

Taking my Husqvarna after moose in Feb. Will be using the 232 grain Norma loads.

I believe the 232 Norma load is a 9.3x57, not a 9.5x57

- I shoot a Mannlicher Schnauer mod. 1910....a good round for everything but the largest....it is no Cape buffalo cartridge.....recoil is heavy in these light rifles.
