I have a Ruger N0 1 iam doing to 577 NE at present the barrel blank is 24 inches long or 600mm and about 32mm in dia .Can anyone advise me on the ideal profile for it ? i have heard about one with a 1.inch profile .I want it to be fairly heavy ,hopefully around 13 or 14 pound .Reading old info, on Westly Richards 577 single shots they weighed only about 11 or 12 pounds any advice ? thankyou
