458RugerNo1Re: 458 Lott and 375 H&H Solid/Soft loads
Loud-n-boomer (or anyone else who can answer),
I noticed you referred to the "NEW STYLE" Hornady solids of the 300gr .375's... I'm curious what changes were made? Approx when did they make these changes? Were they for the better I presume?
Thanks!

SteveWell,
Here's a photo of the first load I'm working up. Using Swifts, Hodgdon Varget extreme, and Federal 215 match primers.

Started at 78 and worked up to 81.5 in half grains. Only did groups of three. I figured that 18 shots off the bench was enough. Luckily it all came together on the last group.
Next going to try some Woodleigh solids.
Got the load info from someone who knows the Lott inside and out.
