<Speed>Is it the Energy who kill a animal or what...?
I have think about that when i have shoot mooses whit the 45-70 the holes/ wound channels have been about 20 mm in diameter. And when my buddy shoot a moose whit his 460 wby the wound channel were about 50 mm in diameter.
Now to my question is it the energy who do the bigger hole in the animal or what...?

<Rune>Belive me or not but I think this is actually getting very funny.
Speed dude, maybe Mr. Overkill can answer that since he have shot hundreds of big game animals with his 460Wby.

CannonKent,
I'm not sure what you're getting at here, but I was posting here long before Saeed ever switched over to the UBB forums -- I think that was sometime in 1998, and Rune was a regular here then. He's never been anything but polite and helpful.

AtkinsonTo answer the question, it is the added bullet expansion caused by the excellerated velocity of the 460 over the slow 45-70 velocity..
