Are 480 Ruger and 470 Nitro the same diameter bullets

My old catridges of the world is showing the 470 Nitro at .471.

Does anyone know what the bullet diamters are for these two calibers.

Cartridges of the World is riddled with errors.

I was speaking with a Brownell's technician who tried to tell me that the rim diameter on a 460 weatherby case is .533 and would fit an action for the H&H case. I pointed out his error, but he stuck to his story because he found the measurement in Cartridges of the World. I have found several errors in it as well, though I can't remember what they were anymore.
