You might try OLD WEST SCROUNGER..do an internet search as they have a web site. They used to offer 4 bore cartridges to collectors, they still might. Also CABELAS had some 8 bore, but can't remember if they had any 4 bore. Otherwise most larger gun shows have cartridge collectors at them, and if they don't have one they may be able to point you in the right direction..hope this is of some help

I see them from time to time at shows. Have you tried the Cartridge Collecting Forum here? I had some luck finding things with posts there.
