Where to get auxiliary cartridge adapters?

Does anybody know where I could purchase (or have made) some auxiliary cartridge adapters to shoot the following calibres?

9mm Makarov in a 9.3x62mm
9mm Makarov in a 9.3x64mm Brenneke
.45 Colt in a .450 3 1/4" NE

have make such adapters for 308 win: resizing a case, fill it with hot lead, drill with .313 tool through the case and drill then a chamber for the 32ACP.
the 32 acp is semi rimed and easy like the 45colt but the rimless 9mm Mak give you some trouble, you will make a good chamber for headspace.
the 450 NE may have a to wide dia. inside for drill through with a .458 drill tool but to small dia. for filling the case with lead, take a piece of brass tube that fits inside and soft soldered before your drill.
