Beutty ,a budget 505 Gibbs. I will have to get just one more gun. A 505 Gibbs for a reasonable price will be good.

It would qualify on the "just to have" category

If Norma makes brass for 505 to go with the rifle then we should see plenty of wildcats on 416 and 458 bore size. One would think with CZ doing a 505 then Norma brass would be a chance since they make 416 Rigby and 470 Nitro cases.

A little bird tells us that in '05 CZ will offer the .404 Jeff., .450 Rigby and, drum roll please, .505 Gibbs! A .404 with upgraded wood is definetly in my future!

Word from CZ is the rifles will sell in the $1,600 to $1,800 range for all three calibers (they call them special order). Also, they are looking at loading ammo.
