jeffeossocomes from the times before firedepartments.... a house, once on fire, was made of the driest wood around, paper, paint, clothing, books/papers, etc... all highly famable stuffs... and once it barely got started, it beurned HOT and burned FAST...
so, with little effort, one is about to be a hot shot
