Has anyone seen one of these or heard when dealers are going to supposedly going to start receiving them? No postings yet on on Gunbroker or Gunsamerica.

Thanks,

Hugh

I dunno, but I've got my order in at Bass Pro since I have $800 in gift cards there. They told me last week they don't know when they will get them. I figure with a MSRP of about $1,280 they ought to sell at about $1,000 to $1,100 or so or about the same as a CZ.

I can't wait to try out the new trigger. I also see the rifle has two recoil lugs which is a new feature.

Winchester really ought to offer the Safari Express in .404 Jeffery and they would sell a bunch of them I reckon.

There has been some discussion here about these. If I remember correctly, a poster asked a Winchester rep about the availability and was told to expect it sometimes this summer.

I was told late spring to mid summer. So, who knows. I have a .416 ordered...I did look at them at SHOT show. They looked like the old ones to me. Felt good and smooth.

Now, come the day when a Left handed model is offered, I know what to get my son some Christmas.
