The follower is special made with a hollow ground on the left side to feed the first cartridge correctly. The rails in the action are grind out in the first half of the action on both sides. The original spring is used. The secret is that the cartridge must pop out of the rails but under the extractor before the bolt lose the contact to the rebated rim, which will have less as more you push the cartridge forward because it is climbing the feed ramp. If you need further detailed pictures ask and specify.
