LabmanHornady 416 Rigby Brass - Midway
Just thought I'd let you guys know that Midway has this brass in stock again. They seem to get a supply every so often and it sells out quickly then is on backorder forever. I ordered mine yesterday.

BNagelThanks Labman. My one box of brass looks lonely! Maybe I can score another now.
375fan, not enough reloads to comment, but after firing the aforementioned 20 cases a couple times all looks well. Must be approaching 10 reloads with my old Federal factory nickel plated brass, but I wouldn't expect the same for NORMA or Hornady.
I wonder if lot to lot variation will come into play. After fireforming, the OAL (brass) had a textbook bell curve spread. Thought the necks looked nicked or split on a few but after resizing and champfering looks like no big deal and the second firing shows no signs of softness. I will say that I don't crimp these but if I did the uniform trim length would be shorter than desired. You'd probably want to buy and sort a bunch of brass like a benchrester to select only the longest for uniform trimming and crimping at the cannelure of your bullet of choice.
