Ammo Question

I have always heard that Conley Precision Ammo was good stuff. Last year I ordered some for a 350 Remington Mag and it took about 5 weeks to get it. This year I ordered some 500gr Swift A Frame loads for the 458 Lott I am taking to Tanzania in September. I ordered the rounds in mid April, and haven't received them yet. I recently sent them an email about the long wait and they replied that the Swift company had problems and they couldn't get the bullets but they would have them and ship them out within days. I still don't have my ammo.

Could some of you sage and wise gentlemen please tell me where I can get ammo loaded for my Lott?? I need someone with a quick turnaround. I know that reloading the rounds myself is probably the best way to go, but it's just not an option right now.

Any help would be appreciatted.

Midway has a few choices. Outdoor has the Hornady ammo. Cabelas has the A-Square ammo.

I may be able to help you in the future. I'm a distributor/partner for Grizzly Cartridge Co. Grizzly Cartridge Co manufactures ammo to my specs. I just did 2 reduced/target loads for the 458 Win Mag. A 400 grain Hawk .050 heavy copper jacketed round nose soft point at 2000 fps and a 420 grain hardcast WFNGC at 1500 fps. I also have 500 S&W Mag ammo loaded with a 700 grain WFNGC at 1200 fps. This is top of the line ammo.

Let me know what you want and I can do it fairly quickly.
