HAs any seen or shot with a Holland and Holland Falling Block
Does any have a photos of a Holland and Holland Falling Block. I am interested in finding one for Plains Bison. I heard they are out there but hard to find and have yet to even see one.

If there is a lead please let me know and what might they fetch in very good condition.

thanks in advance

Never seen one. I'd imagine you could buy a nice new truck for less than one would cost, maybe two trucks.

I have never seen a pciture of an H&H Farqy-actioned rifle. I imagine they made some, but it would not have been many. Only SS H&H's I have ever seen were break action rook rifles. Just flipped through "The SHooting FIeld" (H&H book) and did not see any Farqys. If you found one, I imagine you could get it for $15-25K, depending on a lot of things. So I guess that is what a used truck would cost. If you want a new one, then it would surely cost more than a new Z71.

I seen one at the Louisville gun show a couple years ago.It was on a fields patent action I think. It had been converted to 45-70.It was a very nice rifle and I think it sold for about $2500.00.

I'm not sure which action H&H is using right now, but a few years ago they were using a Hagn action. I'm not sure which Farq they used years ago.

I hear Holland and Holland is now offering a new 700 H&H in a falling block. probably costs more than your house. I hear it weighs 16 lbs.
