I have been working with Alaska Bullet works to produce a .060" bonded core hunting bullet for the 550 Magnum weight 700gr. Very close to the Hawk except a completely closed bottom. Here is the deliverly of the jacket cups that I paid for.

I have an idea the 550 may replace a whole bunch of stuff
from 475 to 585, the way all these vendors are getting into the supplies for 550.Folks just love the idea of simple plentiful brass, and multiple bullet suppiers...Ed.
