Ken Howell did that back in the late 70's, before there was such a thing as a Dakota, and the round is called the 416 Howell. I purchased Ken's original reamer, and my gunsmith has it, so if you are interested, drop him a line star@olypen.com.

I have a couple of Ken's articles on the round from early 80's handloader. It will easily drive a 400 gr bullet 2400 fps from a 22" bullet. And yes, it'll fit in a 98 action.

Two other notes, I didn't see you are from Sweden, so a smith in the states is probably out. The other info is that RCBS has a reamer to cut reloading dies, which was ground at the same time as the chambering reamer. You might want to contact John to get some specs on the reamer, if you decide to go the route of the Howell.
